Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
By accessing or using BetVize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
BetVize is a marketplace connecting sports bettors with professional tipsters. We provide a platform for tipsters to publish betting recommendations ("coupons") and for bettors to purchase access to those recommendations. We do not place bets on your behalf and are not a bookmaker.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All coupon purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed, except where a covered match is cancelled or postponed (in which case a full refund is issued automatically to your wallet within 24 hours). Subscription fees are charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not use our platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unsolicited communications; (c) scrape or harvest user data; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Betting tips are opinions, not guarantees. Past performance of tipsters does not guarantee future results. We are not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of following tips published on our platform. Gamble responsibly.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
